Since 2016, Centric has developed and built seven senior living communities as developer, general contractor, and operator — six across metro Atlanta and one in Fredericksburg, Virginia, opened in 2026.In August 2026, JLL Capital Markets arranged the $147 million all-cash sale of five senior housing communities developed and built by Centric Development between 2018 and 2022 — Brickmont of Woodstock, Brickmont at Acworth, Brickmont of Johns Creek, Brickmont of West Cobb, and Brickmont of Roswell, totaling 611 assisted living and memory care residences — sold by a joint venture of Centric Development and Sage Equities to a publicly traded institutional investor.
