About the community.
Brickmont of Roswell is a senior living community at 2560 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30022. It was developed and built by Centric Development — the Atlanta-based senior housing developer, general contractor, and operator — as one of seven communities the firm has delivered across the Southeast since 2016.
The community operates under Brickmont Assisted Living, Centric’s flagship assisted living and memory care brand, with in-house operations experience feeding back into the building’s design. As its own general contractor, commercially licensed in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia, Centric priced and delivered construction in-house.
