About the community.
Vitality Living Milton is a senior living community at 2925 Webb Rd, Milton, GA 30004. It was developed and built by Centric Development — the Atlanta-based senior housing developer, general contractor, and operator — as one of seven communities the firm has delivered across the Southeast since 2016.
The community is also known as Brickmont of Milton. Centric delivered it acting as its own general contractor. As its own general contractor, commercially licensed in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia, Centric priced and delivered construction in-house.
